Thomas recognizes and values the trust his clients put in him and strives every day to exceed their expectations. He is a top producer in Durham Region and the GTA, with strong negotiation and analytical skills. He likes to win for his clients but does so with a calm demeanor and a smile. Having lived in Durham for 20+yrs, he values our community and all that it has to offer. Although he has always been drawn to Real Estate, in part due to his family's successful development history in the area, he spent the early part of his career in Ottawa working for our local politician as Parliamentary Assistant and Issues Manager. He is proud to have served our community from Parliament Hill and enjoyed the incredible experiences that he was fortunate enough to have while in Ottawa.


He is a graduate from Durham College with a Diploma in Accounting, and UOIT (Ontario Tech) with a Degree in Commerce. He also served as Student President at DC and UOIT for 2 years and is incredibly proud of what was accomplished. It was during his time there that they passed a successful referendum for the Athletic Centre, a 72,000-square-foot facility.

More recently, he served as a Governor on the Board for Durham College and currently serves on the Windreach Farm Foundation Board.

Thomas lives in Whitby with his wife and 4 young children. He looks forward to speaking with you to discuss how he can exceed your expectations with all your real estate needs.

Dan Mancini, Sales Representative

Dan has been a regulated health care professional for over 22 years.  Following completion of a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology he has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist specializing in deep tissue release and chronic pain alleviation. Dan has always valued and appreciated the fact that his clients have bestowed absolute trust in his observational skill set in identifying their needs, and ultimately putting his best effort into helping them achieve their goals.  His biggest concern in being realistic about the longevity of his chosen career path was...how would he ever be able to recapture the intangible and desirable benefit of the close relationships he formed and valued over the years.

Clients have joked he should write a book for all the stories he has heard on the table. Without providing any details, those stories often related to the big three...House, spouse, kids.  Not necessarily in that order but always topics on everyone's minds.  Whether it be renovations or searching for a new place to call home Dan has always been a willing participant in sharing his insights and opinions as he has a family history of passionate home ownership.

Dan is looking forward to developing new relationships in which he can be an integral component in helping clients achieve all their home related dreams.  Whether it be in his home community of 17 years, Mount Albert, or anywhere within the GTA he is ready to help you take the steps towards real estate fulfillment.
